Course Modules Overview

1

Module 1 — Becoming a Sustainable Leader

This foundational module introduces the principles of sustainable leadership and the six integrated perspectives of Global Coaching—physical, managerial, psychological, political, cultural, and spiritual. Participants reflect on their purpose, well-being, and leadership impact while identifying opportunities to align performance with positive societal contribution. By expanding their awareness and reconnecting with what truly matters, leaders begin the journey toward more responsible and impactful action.

2

Module 2 — Leading Across Cultures

In this module, participants learn to navigate cultural complexity using the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF). They discover how cultural assumptions shape behavior, decisions, and collaboration—and how to turn cultural differences into assets rather than obstacles. Through case studies and exercises, leaders gain the intercultural agility needed to foster trust, creativity, and synergy in diverse environments. This module deepens the Global Coaching journey by expanding participants’ worldview and enabling more effective global engagement.

3

Module 3 — Diversity & Inclusion 3.0

Building on intercultural insight, this module broadens the lens to three levels of diversity—demographic, cognitive, and implicit diversity. Participants explore the psychological dynamics of exclusion, the creative potential of diverse perspectives, and the importance of uncovering hidden differences that can spark innovation. They learn how to cultivate belonging, psychological safety, and rich collaboration. This module advances the Global Coaching journey by enabling leaders to see and leverage the full spectrum of human diversity within their teams and organizations.

4

Module 4 — Constructive Politics

The final module reframes organizational politics as a necessary and potentially noble dimension of leadership—one grounded in both power and service. Participants assess their sources of influence, map key stakeholders, and explore how to build alliances that advance shared goals. Using the Constructive Politics Matrix, they learn to move toward the “Enlightened Builder” profile, where power is exercised ethically and purposefully for the greater good. This module completes the Global Coaching journey by equipping leaders to navigate complexity with integrity, courage, and strategic impact.
