Data Controller
Rosinski & Company BV, registered at Goede Luchtlaan 7 - 1640 St-Genesius-Rode - Belgium, is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data in connection with this e-learning course. Data Processing
- Processing of your personal data is lawful under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract between you and Rosinski & Company BV) for the purposes of granting access to the course, issuing your certificate upon completion, managing your account, invoicing, and communication related to your enrolment.
- Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including legal and accounting obligations. Account data will be deleted upon your request, unless retention is required by law.
- In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- You may exercise rights 1. and 2. directly by editing your account and, for rights 3., 4., 5., by contacting us at office@philrosinski.com.
- In sum, you have the possibility to access and edit your account information, and you can ask us to eliminate your account (and all the data associated with it). In the latter case though, you will no longer have access to the course and would need to make a new purchase to access it again.
- If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country of residence or in Belgium.
By enrolling in the course, you enter into a contract with Rosinski & Company BV, which includes the following data protection provisions.
Data Protection
- Your data will be only available to you, to the authorized Rosinski & Company’s administrators and to Rosinski & Company’s webmaster. Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary to deliver the service.
- You have access at all times to your personal data. You can choose your own username and password. The latter will be encrypted and only known by you. In case you have forgotten your username and/or password, a procedure allows you to choose a new username and/or password.
- You will have the possibility to register to Rosinski & Company’s mailing list. You won’t be registered by default. In case you do register, Rosinski & Company may send you occasional newsletters but won’t divulge your data to any third party.
- Credit card and the information you provide for payment purposes are managed by PayPal – it is neither available nor stored by Rosinski & Company. PayPal acts as an independent data controller.
- The exchange of information between the user and our website is secured by the SSL encryption protocol.
- Sensitive data (passwords) are stored by respecting current security standards.
Continuity of service and disclaimer of warranties
We do our best to ensure the continuity of service but you accept that temporary disruptions may exceptionally occur and that, in these circumstances, no compensation will be due by Rosinski & Company. More generally, you agree to not hold Rosinski & Company responsible for any inconvenience due to the exceptional disruption or loss of data, or any damage in connection with the use of the e-learning course.

The information on this website is the property of Philippe Rosinski, licensed to Rosinski & Company BV. It is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws, which you agree to respect.
